By accessing or using AutoCal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
AutoCal is a calendar automation tool that allows you to create rules for automatically tagging, categorizing, and organizing your Google Calendar events. The service requires authorization to access your Google Calendar data.
3. User Accounts
To use AutoCal, you must:
- Have a valid Google account
- Authorize our application to access your Google Calendar
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Use automated systems to access the service beyond normal use
5. Intellectual Property
AutoCal and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutoCal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
AutoCal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by revoking Google Calendar access and contacting us to delete your data.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
